We booked 2 trips with JC Tour. The first trip went very smoothly, although it started raining a bit in the evening. Unfortunately, we could not join the second trip because the weather was really bad and honestly, it truly was unsafe to go out. We really appreciated that your team brought the cash refund directly to our hotel lobby that same morning. Thank you very much for helping us plan and organize our trips over the past 3 days.
